Ireti Doyle, a veteran Nollywood actress, celebrated her 56th birthday on the set of the upcoming movie ‘Merry Men 3’.
In a video posted on her Instagram page, she was seen in character as Dame Maduka, a corrupt politician who was arrested and placed in jail.
Despite being in character and in “prison,” the actress expressed gratitude to God for another year of life and all the blessings she has received.
In a related development, Ireti Doyle confirmed her divorce from fellow actor Patrick Doyle during an interview with Chude Jideonwo.
The actress, who is a mother of six, also clarified that she was 19 years old when she had her first child and not 17.
She also acknowledged that she made a mistake in getting married at a young age and to the person she married.
