…charges him to deliver Amuwo-Odofin
Lagos State Governor Mr Babajide Sanwo-Olu Tuesday handed over the All Progressives Alliance, APC party flag to Prince Lanre Sanusi (aka PLS) with a charge to go all out and win Amuwo-Odofin Local Government Council for the party.
He gave these directives to all the party candidates, Apex leaders, LG Party leaders, and party faithful at the Government House, Marina, Lagos.
Governor Sanwo-Olu admonished supporters of the party that they can not afford to be complacent in the coming election warning that the party has no reason to lose any local government.
While assuring the candidates of the State’s Government support towards the election, he added that the party can not fail President Bola Ahmed Tinubu by making sure APC wins all the councils and council development areas in the state.
According to Sanwo-Olu, “I want to charge all our candidates to close ranks with all other aspirants who lost along the line. That you are a candidate does not give you a place of pride. Ensure you work together with all the aspirants who lost.
“All of you that contested and are not candidates today, go and work with the party flag bearers and ensure our party wins all the local government and local council development areas.
“Our government will support you in all areas needed, and as such, we must go all out and win for the President, who is also ready to support the party to victory,” he added.
