Health of Mother Earth Foundation (HOMEF) is delighted to announce a special Book Day event scheduled for October 3, 2025. It is an event that will celebrate the power of words to inspire change. The event promises to be an inspiring and engaging celebration of literature, environmental awareness, and community involvement. Pleased to confirm that renowned author Nduka Otiono will be the guest at this month’s Book Reading Day.
Known for his compelling stories and poetry that intricately blend culture, environment, and identity, Otiono is expected to captivate with readings from his notable works, as part of a broader initiative to foster environmental awareness and promote sustainable practices.
The event aligns with the mission of the Book Day activity to explore the intersections of culture, environment, and identity, highlighting HOMEF’s commitment to promoting environmental justice anchored on the needs of the people and in reference to Mother Earth.
